Ifeanyi Ezieme is a genre-blending filmmaker hailing from the re-emerging city of Altadena, CA. Learning under legendary director Robert Townsend, Ifeanyi received his MFA as a George Lucas Scholar from the USC School of Cinematic Arts, where he directed the DGA award-winning short film EBEZINA (2023).
Ifeanyi’s work has attracted companies like ColorCreative, co-founded by Issa Rae, where he directed THE INCONVENIENCE STORE (2025), a sci-fi comedy short film that has received multiple ‘Best Short Narrative’ nominations from Academy & BAFTA-qualifying festivals. Ifeanyi has built a reputable creative vision that has led to collaborations with major brands such as McDonald’s, Toyota, LiberNovo, and Varo Bank. While his commercial and branded work spans a wide range of high-profile partners, Ifeanyi’s creative heart remains firmly rooted in narrative-based productions.
